Creating M.O.A.R.
Madi’s on a Roll is a dream of heart & hands:
Hand-rolling and making egg rolls while innovating the fillings with playful, creative, and (at-times) nostalgic flavors.
While I am the owner and visionary behind Madi’s on a Roll, Brian, my husband, is the technical support, the behind-the-scenes guy who makes M.O.A.R. not only function but excel. He is an integral part of M.O.A.R. Brian helps make my visions come to life and continually seeks out ways to take this dream of mine to the next level.
Why Egg Rolls?
They’re Convenient.
Egg rolls are versatile, easy to reheat and require little-to-no cleanup. They make the ideal finger food for any occasion, whether you’re hosting a party, need a quick lunch, want an easy dinner or a unique dessert. Whatever you’re feeling, there’s something for you.
THEY’RE A TREAT!
Every egg roll is a delightful pop of flavor. They’re filled with delicious homemade fillings on the inside but crispy on the outside. Plus, all of our egg rolls are hand rolled, making each one taste that much more special.
Meet Our Team
Madi McShane:
Madi grew up instilled with an entrepreneurial spirit, a gift from her two entrepreneur parents. At eight years old, she began helping in her mom’s bakery, working at the local farmers market. Her absolute favorite food growing up was her mom’s homemade cheesesteak egg rolls. After earning a degree in Marketing from West Chester University, Madi worked a corporate job for a year and a half before taking a leap and creating Madi’s on a Roll. She loves to travel, work on the business and spend time with her family.
Brian Coble:
Before joining Madi’s on a Roll, Brian worked for years in the restaurant and catering industry leading up to owning his own business as a butcher. He studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales and then graduated from The Art Institute in Philadelphia, earning degrees in both culinary arts and business management. In his spare time, Brian enjoys tackling home projects and renovating their space. He loves all things outdoors, especially spending time with his daughter or playing ball with his and Madi’s dog, Baxter.
